Avoid this location at uptown and instead stick to the westside one. At uptown I watch them use gloves hands to add that breading topping then stick their hands in a bowl of rice to make bowls/sushi wraps. No allergen consideration unlike west side location which is excellent. I was starving so I had a $3 cup of miso.
