Sushi Gem Asian Bistro

Last time I was in town no problem with sashimi, they gave me to-go soy sauce in packets labeled gf. Last night we ate there, had sashimi again (that's all you can get really) and they bring a bottle of soy sauce to the table with a sticker on top that said gluten free, but the bottle was a regular soy sauce bottle. They siad they rinsed it and filled it with gf sauce. Not sure what happened but I was definitely glutened and feel like garbage today.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

This place is no longer gluten free friendly so not go there. They embarrassed me and made me feel bad asking question on wether they could cater to my gluten free and I had to walk out.
