Sushi Gio Japanese Restaurant

They were great when I called in a takeout order. Confirmed which items were GF and which were not. GF food was packaged separately and labeled. GF soy sauce included. No issues/reactions. Would love it if they’d identify GF foods on the menu or better yet, create a GF menu :)

I started going to Sushi Gio non-stop once I found out they use celiac friendly rice vinegar on their sushi. They are extremely thorough in their food safety and I have had no incidences there.

The one time a server accidentally forgot to punch in my order as celiac, they replaced everything the wasabi touched and fixed it promptly.

Please note, you do need to specially request gluten free soya sauce.
