This is a conveyor belt type sushi restaurant with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They don't have a separate gluten free menu, but will steer you clear of items that contain gluten and strongly suggest you not order them. For example, the chefs advised me that the eel comes with regular soy sauce already on it, so they asked me to order something else. They also offer gluten free soy sauce in packets. The sushi is fresh and delicious.
