The staff were knowledgeable about gluten free dishes and they were also marked. Ordered some sushi, their gf garlic noodles that were labeled on the menu. Did not get sick!

Mitch, the chef, knows how to handle gluten so well! He has separate cutting boards and knives dedicated to gluten allergies and celiac. The rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. GF items are listed on the menu. Would highly recommend!
