Four words: gluten free eel sauce. Oh and GF tempura. I haven't had eel or tempura in over a decade because no one offers it GF - but Sushi Hana does! Service was excellent. There were no markings on the menu, but anytime I had questions about what was in something or if something was safe for me, the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. We ordered a few rolls and nigiri, which came with miso soup and a small side salad. They confidently made any roll I wanted GF (also no dairy or eggs/mayo). It does incur an upcharge, which is common. Good food! Generous portions and fresh fish (Hapa Sushi in Boulder/Denver I think is a little fresher and is also an excellent GF option). I will definitely come back for the eel and tempura I can't get anywhere else. I did not react to eating here.

The folks at Sushi Hana were incredible! I ordered on the phone and they asked if things were safe if they didn’t know. Both the people at the front desk and the sushi chef reassured me that everything was gluten free! I would 10/10 recommend

Delicious food. Staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac disease, and was very helpful in ordering. They have plenty of gluten free options.
