Sushi Hana

When in a new area I like to cross-reference Find Me Gluten Free and Google’s recommendations for the safest restaurants. The host seemed knowledgeable about gluten-free options and assured me that the sushi I ordered could be made gluten-free, less the eel sauce. They have gluten free soy sauce now as well! Unfortunately there must have been a disconnect with the kitchen staff, it was a super busy night but one of my rolls came back with the eel sauce. Because the host seemed so confident that my food was gluten-free, I decided to go ahead and try the food. I was sick all night long ://

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

Sushi was good but they did have gluten free soy sauce. I didn't dabble in the menu beyond sushi that I know is safe.
