They have a gf menu and seem to know what they’re talking about. They have me gf soy sauce and said that all the rolls without tempura can be done gf.

Very knowledgeable server and a gluten free menu. I had the sushi lunch special which had a California roll but they were able to substitute out the imitation crab meat (which I totally forgot about by the server knew!). Sushi was fresh and no ill effects, will return soon!
