Let me start by saying I did not get sick, so overall win. The menu identified Gf rolls and I ordered the caterpillar roll and the cherry blossom roll. It became clear tho that these are marked Gf solely based on not involving fry, bc the waiter came back and asked if I can safely have the sauces (eel and spicy Mayo). So I googled eel and noticed it’s make with soy sauce…obviously they didn’t use Gf soy sauce for theirs since they came and asked me about it. I ordered the roll with no eel sauce and everything was tasty. They brought me Tamari sauce for dipping and I opted not to have wasabi as a precaution. All in all, it was very good and the staff seemed to be cautious on my behalf and I didn’t get sick, though you need to do your own research into sauces.
