Sat at sushi bar and let server know about gluten/wheat allergy (celiac). They agreed to use clean knife and cutting board. I didn’t ask about Tamari, I brought my own. The chef put ponzu sauce on some of the sashimi but gave me additional pieces when I brought it to his attention since the ponzu contains soy sauce. They also use soy sauce in their spicy mayo! Just be careful here, but food is really good.
