Staff knew a little but needed guidance. They have Tamari that can be used in the fried rice instead and several sushi rolls are naturally gluten free. They brought my sushi roll and my husband's non-GF one on the same plate. Because we made a mistake by using the same card to put our order on. They were separated enough I felt ok taking a risk but some people may not. I waited until the next day to post my review to make sure I didn't have any reaction and I'm actually good! Didn't feel safe but no reaction tells me I'm OK since I'm really sensitive. Proceed with caution but boy was the fried rice good

Wait staff was super helpful. I basically asked for rolls with no tempura and sos. They have gluten free soy sauce too! She even went as far to not recommend a sauce on the roll. No reaction and will be back

They have GF options and soy sauce but when we asked them to leave out any gluten ingredients from a couple of regular sushi rolls, one of them was served to us with gluten.

Very knowledgeable about gluten free items and very willing to accommodate...the whole staff was awesome! Will be coming back :)
