While they have Gf soy sauce if asked, our waitress didn’t take gluten free seriously. We asked a lot of questions and reminded her everything needed to be Gf and still ended up with a sushi roll with eel sauce on top. The sushi wasn’t anything special so you’re better off elsewhere - if you do go, none of their sauces are Gf.

NO GF Menu but good sushi if you stick to the basics. Great fish here.

The waitress I had went through the sushi list and marked all the gf options that were safe. She even brought me tamari
Yes
The staff brought Tamari to the table and worked with me to find GF choices I could eat. If you keep it simple there are many choices. They are very open to alterations to the sushi rolls, and will let you know if a sauce has an ingredient they believe might not be safe. The only thing that would help more would be if they called out GF choices directly on their menu.
Yes
Unless you get lucky enough to be greeted by someone who knows what gluten is, they will not know what to say, and just agree with what you're ordering. Even knowing what has gluten and what not doesn't give you many options, as most of the menu is fried or made with crab stick.
