Gf soy sauce. I was advised to avoid the imitation crab due to the package being in Japanese. Was very accommodating and willing to work with any of the combo sushi/sashimi dishes for both gluten free and dairy free.

They have GF soy sauce. I didn't test their knowledge much and just ordered basic rolls to play it safe. Sushi was ok but nothing to write home about.
