Sushi Kaito

Not able to handle allergen or gluten-free requests properly. Sushi Kaito brings an intimate sushi experience to the Upper West Side, with a bar serving a set menu at seated times and a rotating chef brought in from Japan. That said, while a spectacular experience for most, they are not equipped in any capacity to deal with cross-contamination. They told me they would be able to handle it, however, and I was sick for days.
