One of *THE* best sushi restaurants in Seattle. I have been here many times over many years. Japanese friends say it’s the best. The food is always delicious.

The servers understand Gluten-free and the staff are careful with preparation.

The waitress asked if I was celiac and without being prompted said she would make sure proper precautions were taken and was writing it down as she said it. Sushi was fantastic! Highly recommend taking the trip out of the city for this neighborhood spot

Lots of options on a well marked menu. My server was very helpful/knowledgeable and brought me Tamari. Tasty food and deserts!

I've been going to this place with my Celiac wife for awhile now, and she's never had a problem. Our regular waiter is very knowledgeable about what is gluten free and the sushi is great.
