Went here with my family of 7 for a birthday celebration. Two of us have Celiac. They were very kind and accommodating. The waiter would specifically tell us whether we should or should not put tamari on our pieces, and how much lemon to equate the citrus marinades on others’ pieces. At times we felt our options were even better that what other family members got. The fish was outstanding and we felt fine afterwards. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Omakase was about 25% adjusted for Celiac, as their marinades are not gluten-safe - BUT many of the replacements felt like upgrades (comparing to standard tasting another member of the group enjoyed). Worth the cash if you can swing it!

Excellent meal. Chefs tasting menu was adjusted to suit a celiac allergy and it was great.

They can accommodate gluten free and I have never gotten sick here. Best sushi in Seattle - do the omakase
