Sushi Katsu

Unlimited option and really good sushi. But very difficult to know what’s gluten free and not. I was told miso soup is not gluten free, as well as masago as it’s cured in soy sauce. I didn’t get a clear answer on which type of vinegar they use on the rice. Overall wouldn’t recommend if super sensitive.
