I'm very sensitive to cross contamination. I get the rainbow roll every time and I have never gotten sick. you have to communicate with the person making it and they know what to do. I've watched and they use clean utinsels and cutting boards, change their gloves, and are very careful.

Sushi King on Coors location: They have gluten free soy sauce but the only thing I know can be gluten free is the Philadelphia roll sub fresh salmon because apparently their smoked contains gluten (and miso soup is ok). I asked for spicy mayo on top which helps make it better. It was challenging getting some patience from staff to figure out other options but I am grateful to have a sushi option when I have the cravings.

really good about making sure you get a good meal. Spicy tuna is excellent, and they have GF soy sauce
Staff is sweet and if you don't have a problem with gluten, this is probably awesome... But this restaurant has very few GF options. I found this on my FindMe Gluten Free app, but if you have Celiac's, there are very few choices you can have.
