I ordered off their GF Menu and when the first dish arrived I asked to make sure it was gluten free and the food runner had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for the manager and explained, she sent back the food and explained GF to the waitress. Basically, the waitress had no idea what I meant and had not been trained as to what the GF menu was. I ate two pieces of my new sushi roll and have been sick ever since. Why offer a GF menu if the staff does not understand what that even means. Stay away if you have celiac!
