Staff was helpful but not trained on gluten. I ordered a negihama roll & tekka maki thinking I’d be safe and when I took my first bite I realized there was wasabi (which has gluten unless fresh) in the roll. They apologized and remade it. I still felt unsure about meal and didn’t feel great after.
