Sushi Kushi 4 U

Decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint! The server was very knowledgeable about if they were able to make the sushi gluten free and that some hot dishes they could make also gluten free. I was there for sushi so I did not get the hot foods. I got the lunch special that came with miso soup but she said it was not gluten free and brought me a side salad with a citrus dressing that was delicious. Sushi was also very delicious. Extra points to this place because she also brought me a gluten free soy sauce! This place is definitely my new sushi place. 🍣

This restaurant is amazing. The owner is the sweetest lady and knows exactly what celiac is. She ensured that all my food was prepared away for any CC. Sushi rice is confirmed GF. If you order out, your food is in kept in separate containers, separate bags, all labeled, and provided GF soy sauce. This is a place I want to spend my money at, a place that knows the disease and cares for her customers.
