Staff listened carefully to my concerns and was able to accommodate by changing the recipes a bit and mixing my own sauce. They made my food in a separate area and brought it out first. Server even provided gluten free soy sauce before I could ask.

By far the best Japanese food and sushi around! The staff is very knowledgeable about what they can and cannot make gluten free. The artificial crab is not gluten free, but they can substitute real crab for an extra fee. They have gluten free soy sauce and can use it instead of gluten-containing soy sauce for entrees like fried rice.

The staff was knowledgeable and washed their hands before preparing our sushi! They also have gluten free soy sauce at the table.

If you like sushi, it's great! They use real crab and they have gluten free soy sauce! My daughter asks them to make the fried rice with the gluten free soy and they have always done it without a problem.
