My go-to sushi in Orlando! Staff has always been very helpful and they offer gluten free soy sauce. Great truffle edamame and they’ll help make any sushi roll work for you. They do not do GF tempura or anything fried so avoid all those menu items. As I do at all sushi places (since it’s difficult to physically see if sushi is GF or not), I mention my allergy multiple times when I’m ordering and when I receive my order, it never hurts and I have never gotten sick.

Very knowledgeable staff. Will easily substitute anything in the rolls to make them safe.

Enjoyed sushi tonight, I only tried some basic rolls but they try and work with you to make sure the roll is completely gf.

The staff knows what gluten is (which to me is a big deal!) While they don’t have a gluten free menu to look at, they can edit most sushi rolls to make it gluten free by substituting certain items or omitting them. They have gluten free soy sauce!
