I've gone here almost weekly for over two years. The menu can be seen online and you can ask the chefs (it is conveyor belt, so they are right in front of you) what has gluten in it and they can substitute as needed. I've not gotten sick here once, but I mostly eat sushi over rolls. The general sushi rules apply - dont eat the tempura, don't eat the ramen, don't eat the imitation crab. Everything else though is good and delicious. The Seattle Roll is wonderful, as is the New York Roll. It's frankly the best price if you just want a lot of sushi in the area and don't want to go to H-Mart and make your own. Things that are $5/2 pieces elsewhere are $3.50. We live in Bothell and still drive down.

They no longer have gluten free information on the menu. When asking the waiter about a gluten free menu or gluten free options, he seemed confused. Ended up not eating here at all.

Great sushi, gluten free marked on menu , conveyor belt style but you can also order off the menu, gluten free soy sauce upon request, very attentive staff. Next time I’m in the area I will be going here again!
Conveyer belt sushi or order from menu. Ask for GF tamari sauce. Menu tells you if it is GF. Very GF friendly.
