They have gluten free soy sauce packets available upon request. The server seemed somewhat knowledgeable about gluten free, but I generally know what is safe to eat in a sushi restaurant myself. Unsure why their miso soup is unsafe, but I didn’t order it. Had sushi and it was outstanding. Didn’t get sick. Very enjoyable meal.
