Review of Sushi on Jones

Called ahead of time and let them know I was Celiac but wasn’t necessary. Waiter was knowledgeable about Celiac and gave me GF soy sauce. Also let me know which hot dishes were/weren’t GF. Eel sauce has gluten in it so he removed it from some dishes. Very accommodating.
