They are familiar with what is gluten free and what isn’t. You’re limited to the options that are naturally gluten free and need to steer clear of spicy tuna (spicy sauce isn’t gf), masago, eel, and most of the sauces. But the server was super familiar with what could and couldn’t be gluten free and was ready to point out potential mods to accommodate, even though they were slammed. They have gf tamari and said they’d wipe everything down before making my rolls in order to prevent cross contact. I stuck with classic rolls, the Philly was my favorite. The fish quality was great, I really enjoyed everything we got.

Extremely knowledgeable staff! I’ve had many good experiences both in person and take out. They put gf soy sauce to go in a ramekin and label it very clearly.
