Exemplary experience! The fish is incredibly fresh, and so tasty. Best sushi I’ve had in years! The staff is very well versed in celiac safe gluten free food items. I let them know I had a severe gluten allergy (celiac disease) and they were well equipped. They advised me to order plain sushi, without any sauces. The sushi rice contains a sauce made from gluten, so they substituted regular rice into the sushi for me. They also had gluten free tamari sauce, and when I asked the staff to change their gloves to make my order, they gladly complied and were aware of cross-contamination.

Most patrons here order through the app you scan on the table, but you’re going to want to order verbally to ensure your gluten free needs are met. I ordered the seared salmon belly, negi toro, negi hama, tekka maki, and edamame. Such a lovely spot!
