Sushi Sho Japanese Restaurant

I used to love this restaurant before I had celiacs, but now I would definitely not recommend it. They have very few items that are safe to eat and do not seem knowledgeable about celiacs at all. The waitress initially told me I could eat the salad dressing but then after bringing it to the table- I asked again just to confirm no gluten- and she said it actually does have just a “little bit of soy sauce.” I ordered California rolls- the crab meat was brown- which concerned me. Needless to say, very disappointing and I left hungry. I did not feel safe eating here and will not be returning.
