We’ve had great experiences here with Gluten free. Staff is very helpful. It’s one of my daughter’s favorites

I have eaten here many times and have yet to get contaminated. Wait staff is not always the most knowledgeable (last time the waiter brought me my salad with the dressing on the side because “it just has a little bit of gluten in it.”) but the kitchen staff is great. I haven’t ventured out more than sushi, pad thai, and stir fried rice.

Great sushi. Wait staff is not 100% sure at this time regarding food allergens but since restaurant is in soft open status at this time be patient. There are GF options in menu but you have to be knowledgable on where gluten hides in sushi. One note. Traditional Thai soy sauce is GF, and they have it available ask for it.
