They knew exactly what to do with gluten free (changed their gloves for no cross-contamination). I would stick to the regular rolls, nothing fancy with tempura etc. and they do have gluten-free soy sauce. I did not get sick and enjoyed my basic salmon avocado roll

Love this place!! I’ve been a few times now and never had a problem with my sensitives to wheat gluten or dairy. They are super accommodating with the rolls, any roll with shrimp tempura they are able to do regular shrimp instead. After just moving from Hawaii, this is by far the best sushi restaurant in Hollywood.
