Sushi Spot /hibachi

The waitstaff is great and knowledgeable about gluten free items. They have 1 sushi roll that they just call the gluten free roll but it’s not listed on the menu. They have gluten free soy sauce as well. Sashimi/nigiri is also gluten free. The sushi here is some of the best I’ve ever had.
