They have no idea what’s going on. Warning you have to ask and make sure before you eat here. The nigiri glaze has gluten. Soy sauce & tempura have gluten. You have to verify everything and honestly they always get it wrong. I hope they step it up soon.

They fry all of their regular and gluten-free items in the same fryer. Cross-contamination is certain. Staff didn't understand why this was a problem and said it was up to the customer to tell them I had a 'real' allergy so they could be more careful.

Pros:
Delicious rolls (smoked salmon w cream cheese & avocado, smoked albacore w cream cheese & avocado)
When my sister in law picked up, she saw them entirely clean & sanitize the station prior to preparing my sushi
They packed my rolls separately and labeled them as celiac
Cons:
While their menu states that gf remotes is available, it’s made in a shared fryer so not safe
Most of the rolls include tempura elements. I was told that you could ask for any tempura item in a roll to be non tempura, however they simply left the tempura jalapeño out of my roll instead of using raw jalapeño
When I called to check which rolls were GF, the person I spoke to was not very patient
I have silent celiac so can’t confirm that there was no cross contact based on symptoms.
