Ask for the gluten free soy sauce. They’ll bring you a separate packet. The wasabi and ginger are also gluten free, but double check the wasabi packet ingredients list, just in case. All of the sushi is fine except for the obvious ones with teriyaki sauce, unagi sauce, tempura shrimp, etc.
