Sushi Takara

This is one of those sushi places where the premade sushi cruises along a conveyor belt, and you pick off what you want. When I asked about gluten free, the waiter was able to point out the non-GF items such as tempura. Then he brought me some San-J gluten-free tamari without me having asked for it. I don’t know how safe it is from cross contamination, but it seemed pretty safe. The sushi was good and very inexpensive.
