Sushi Taku-Logan Square

I let them know about the severe allergy and they assured me they would be careful about cross contamination. They pointed out which rolls were gluten free and I ordered one of the salmon rolls. I ate one piece and realized there was imitation crab in it. I asked about it and they checked and said there was gluten in the imitation crab. They apologized and crossed off everything else I couldn’t have on the menu. They forgot to take off many items that I ended up not being able to have. I ended up getting very sick.
