Sushi Tower & Steakhouse

Their ability to accommodate was impressive but the sushi was just okay. Just didn’t taste that fresh. I didn’t ask about hibachi but since they have a gf soy sauce I’m guessing they can make that gf. Their yum yum sauce is not gf.

The staff is very accommodating and will cook anything in a separate pan. Also offer tamari sauce in place of soy sauce for sushi and sashimi.
