Review of Sushi Wang

The sushi is of great quality and they know how to prepare it gluten-free. They told me they clean everything and use different utensils to prepare the sushi. They also have gluten-free soy sauce. GF items are not identified on the menu but the waiter will tell you what's possible and what isn't. They don't have a separate fryer so things like tempura are not possible. In any case, there were still plenty of other options. I had a great evening and totally recommend this place!
