Willing to make most things gluten free. The tempura for example is made with regular flour, but if you ask they'll change it to corn starch. Same with anything battered. Good with other allergies too. My mom is allergic to onions and they're always really nice about it.

*Food is cooked in the same fryer though.

Ate there for lunch and everything I ate the waiters said was gluten free but I feel the reaction to being glutened. Don’t think it’s safe enough for someone with more severe reactions. Good service and great tasting food though.

This is the only place I get sushi now. They know what you are talking about and can even make gf tempora veggies! They know which sauces aren't safe and most rolls can be made gf even the fun ones!

I have ate here several times and have never gotten sick. They can make most of their menu GF and they are very kind when accommodating. Only place I can eat Asian food in Albuquerque.

I’ve eaten sushi rolls here several times without getting sick. They have tamari sauce! Very delicious sushi!

Some rolls do contain gluten but many do not.
