Review of Sushi Yama

Not only is this the BEST and most affordable sushi restaurant in Chilliwack, it has a specific GF Menu! I eat here at least twice a month, the owners know me and bring me out gf soya sauce without asking. I’m unsure about separate food stations, they are a small restaurant that is gets very busy and usually only has 1 chef in the back. That being said they are very accommodating. I personally have never had an issue with cross contamination. If you’re Celiac I would recommend going anytime before 5pm because that’s when they get busy and this would give them more time to accommodate. Their sunomono doesn’t contain soya sauce so it’s gf!!!
