staff is really good with allergies and most of the rolls are safe except for spicy ones. they have gf soy sauce they bring out as well

All the staff seemed knowledgeable about the menu, which gives you far more options than sticking to only the basics of a sushi restaurant. It’s still limited and you need to ask because there’s no dedicated GF menu.

Sushi. My riskiest celiac meal? Yet understated neighborhood Yasaka (with a Michelin shoutout 🤩) manages allergies and gluten free cross contamination requests perfectly. I’ve eaten here numerous times and all have been great experiences. Just let them know what you need. Pro tip: lunch combo.
