They have a decent selection of menu items that can be prepared gluten free. I have ordered fried rice several times now, as well as beef & broccoli, and have not had any issues

My server wrote a note to the kitchen that I had celiac and assured me everything was gluten free. Also brought me out gf soy sauce. I personally felt really comfortable eating there. Sushi was pretty good! Super convenient stop after a day at the killington ski resort.

I got a take out order and told them I was celiac and needed my order GF. I ordered 3 of their GF rolls. They still included regular soy sauce in my order (along with the gf stuff) so be carful!! They also included EIGHT fortune cookies. Idk what anyone would do with eight fotune cookies but I certainly cant touch them 😂

Items that can be made GF are listed on the menu - not that many of the rolls and only one of the specialty rolls can be prepared GF. Also brought GF soy sauce to the table. When my meal came, the non-GF sauces for one of the rolls were also brought on the side, and I had to double check that I couldn’t eat them.

Lots of choices in all categories of Japanese and Chinese cuisine. Would travel back just to eat here. Great staff.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They have sushi, Chinese food, and hibachi. Obviously avoid the hibachi if you’re sensitive to cross contamination. There’s a good selection of GF sushi and Chinese food. I have eaten here several times and have never been scared they will contaminate me with glutenful soy sauce. I have also never had a bad reaction, but I have a tough time identifying what exactly glutened me. That being said, I really enjoyed the chicken and broccoli and you could tell it was GF.

Best sushi experience I’ve had in a while!! So many options for celiac and gluten intolerant. Servers were very knowledgeable about gluten and very friendly and sociable. Can prepare many sushi rolls w/o gluten, and have plenty of vegan or cooked options for those who are wary of uncooked meats. Food came very quickly and was very good, no problems whatsoever. Will recommend to anyone in the area Gluten Free or not.

They can make a lot of the things on the menu gluten free. These items are noted with a GF on it. They gave gluten free spicy mayo and soy sauce! No more guessing on GF sushi!
