GF Hibachi was a hit with our celiac teenager! The waitress was knowledgeable about GF precautions, and said they accommodate regularly. Chef made GF meal 1st w/ GF soy sauce before grill had other soy sauce on it. Great experience! They also have sushi!

We called this establishment for a take out order and although they sounded very accommodating on the phone, when we picked up our order we realized they do not take the precautions they say they will. they just appease you. They cross contaminated our order by packing the gf rolls with the regular rolls, they did write gf on the one container but then packaged half the gf order in same container as a gluten containing roll. Once we opened the container marked gf it had been cross contaminated with fish eggs( these are not gf) so clearly they did not take the extra precautions they said they would due to my husbands celiac disease and after spending over 100 dollars on sushi he was unable to eat his dinner.

We loved going here for sushi until both my kids had reactions after a visit. We had been multiple times before with no issues. Great food, but if you are sensitive celiac, be cautious.

Have eaten both at the hibachi and sushi bar and have never been sick. They are very accommodating at the hibachi to make sure there is no cross contamination. The Tuck n' Roll is so good.

They were able to cook our dinners on the table grill first with gluten free soy sauce. It was great! The ginger dressing on salads is not gluten free but the miso soup is gluten free. The waiter seemed a bit uneasy with the gf questions but once a manager took over- it was clear and sure. My daughter and I both have Celiac and we had a fun dinner out with the family.

Some of the best sushi around Vermont. GF marked menu and gluten free soy sauce available.

This was the first time I was able to truly enjoy Sushi! As an individual with Celiac Disease, my options are usually extremely limited. The food was great and the staff were very knowledgeable! I cannot wait to eat here again!

I ate just the sushi & it was clearly marked. The server was helpful in making me comfortable that she was aware of my allergy. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had honestly. I had no reaction. I would certainly go back.
menu clearly marked with things that can be made gf

Yummy tasting food and lots of gluten free options but I don’t think it’s celiac safe as my stomach started bothering me right after eating it. I have celiac so it’s probably good for someone who is sensitive but not celiac.

We had hibatchi for the first time since being diagnosed. It was delicious and safe for celiacs. The sushi was really good too.
