Menu shows what does and doesn’t contain gluten. They also have GF soy sauce. Manager was knowledgeable. Didn’t get sick!

Great sushi for the value and their menu indicates which items are gluten free! Their kitchen staff is knowledgeable and they have gluten free soy sauce.
