Not the tastiest sushi in the world, but I didn’t get sick

While they don’t have a specific GF menu, when I told them of my gluten allergy, they wiped down the prep area, got a brand new sushi mat, and we’re knowledgeable about contaminated ingredients. I got the Latin Ninja sushi-rito roll, without rice, which they replaced with salad greens. The salmon was available plain or marinated in a mango sauce.

A few gluten-free items marked on the menu. Ask for glove change and a new knife for cutting it!! They do not do so on their own, even when alerted about the allergy. Taste was good (Edamale).
