When I ask gluten free option, chef is very knowledgeable about gluten and wheat free food. They even have gluten free soy sauce. In Asian restaurant, it is hard to expect gluten free food but they cook gluten free fried rice and yellow curry and it is delicious tho they do not have anything gluten free labelled in their menu. I am celiac so allergic to gluten but I’ve never had issues with this place. So, Hoja is the one of my favorite places to have a lunch without worries of cross contamination
