If you include an allergy in a pre-order, they said they could make it first thing in the morning to avoid cross contact from wheat being in the air. They were thoughtful to say they can't guarantee it, but use separate utensils etc. And the GF chocolate okara cake is the only thing they use that particular pan for. I'm going to order because I think it is similar risk to ordering a latte from an active bakery.
