We had the best experience eating here! I told our server I have celiac, and she knew exactly what to do and explained that most menu items were either already GF or could be made GF by request. Everything that goes in the fryer is always gluten free. The server also informed the manager, who came over and explained their kitchen protocols and efforts about cross-contamination as well. We had the calamari, southern fried chicken, crispy chicken sandwich, and donut holes. All of the food was AMAZING, you absolutely must eat here!
