This restaurant only uses GF ingredients in the fryer. They use arrowroot, rice, and corn flour. They are also a nut-free kitchen. They use separate cooking containers and 90% or more of the menu is gluten-free or GF by request. There GF southern fried chicken, GF Mac n Cheese, and GF Cinnamon and Sugar donuts are wonderful. Their staff is knowledgeable about the issue of cross-contamination and the service is fast. Though it is a bit pricey their portions can be made into 2 meals.
