Had an amazing experience here! Booked the reservation online and noted a celiac disease. The waitress was very knowledgeable and two staff members came up to explain the menu and ensure us the food ordered was GF. Most items on the menu are GF or GF upon request. All of the desserts are GF as well - including the donut holes!!! They have separate ovens for the GF flatbread and regular flatbread. All of their fryers are GF and they take precautions to keep any gluten in a specific spot in the kitchen. They color code and specially mark utensils and cooking tools as well.
